Европейская директива "О рынках финансовых инструментов"
Директива создает единый рынок и режим регулирования финансовых услуг в рамках Евросоюза, заменяя существующую Директиву по инвестиционным услугам (Investment Services Directive, ISD). Директива ставит целью обеспечение возможности для участников рынка свободно взаимодействовать с контрагентами в других странах Евросоюза на тех же условиях и в те же сроки, что и в своей стране.
